Lux Admissions LLC (hereafter referred to as “Lux”) operates the domain luxadmissions.org. This domain will be referred to as the “Site.” This page informs you of Lux’s policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and other information Lux receives from users of the Site. By using the Site, you are agreeing to Lux’s collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

USER RESTRICTION

You agree that only one person will use each Program you purchase from Lux. Lux may restrict access to your Program with no refund provided if Lux believes the Program is being used by more than one person. In such a case, if in fact only one person was using the Program, Lux will restore the Program.
